Our Mission

The Island Health Pharmacy Practice Residency develops future clinicians and leaders through a high quality, challenging, experiential training program delivered by skilled clinician preceptors in an inter-professional, patient-centered environment. We focus on clinical practice, but also integrate skill development in leadership, project management and research through a competency based approach to learning.
