During Residency Research Night, each resident is assigned two poster judges. During
the afternoon each resident stands in front of their poster.
The judges will approach the resident and view the resident's poster. The judges may ask questions about the residency project and poster.
The poster judges will complete the one45 evaluation form for each resident.
