Longitudinal Assessment of Resident Progress Throughout Residency Year

Throughout the residency year the resident meets regularly with the program coordinator. At each of these meetings all performance assessments are reviewed as well as progress on residency project and management leadership project. At least four times through out the year the residency coordinator completes the “Longitudinal Assessment of Learning in Progress Form” which assesses the residents progress towards achieving the desired level of performance for the CPRB competencies according to the programs rubrics.
